Laura has an extensive background and training in working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing trauma. Laura is a nationally recognized trainer/consultant for the Nurturing Parenting Programs and provides facilitator trainings several times per year. She also provides consultation and training for the Colorado Office of Early Childhood in Nurturing Parenting. Laura provides training in The Great Behavior Breakdown, Bringing the Protective Factors to Life in Your Work, In Home Services and Peer Specialist Training. Laura is a TBRI® Practicitioner and provides TBRI® Caregiver Training. Laura also works with families in facilitating the Nurturing Parenting Programs.

Laura is specializing in mental health and trauma. Her ultimate passion is to ensure a better world for children through working with them and their caregivers. Laura enjoys providing therapeutic services to adolescents and adults as well as working with our TIPS program. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, watching hockey and playing with her two dogs.

Michelle is currently working on her BSW in Social Work at UCCS and is currently interning at Palome as a Family Specialist. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, road trips, the beach, and traveling. Michelle has worked as a Victim’s Advocate, a teen mentor, and has a passion for working with people. Michelle provides supervised visitations, advocacy, family preservation and also supports our TIPS for Youth and Families Program.
